We are delighted to announce that start of a 6 week Artisan bread making programme to begin on Tuesday 23rd March 2010. The programme will be run by Master Baker Michelle O Connor.

Week 1(23/3/10) - Pan Bread- white/ brown & introduction into fermentation
Week 2(30/3/10) - Oatmeal pan & Waterford Blah/ Yorkshire tea cakes
Week 3(13/4/10) - Milk Bread & London Bloomers
Week 4(20/4/10) - Plaited bread & Bridge Rolls
Week 5(27/4/10) - Soda Breads (variety of sweet & savoury)
Week 6(6/5/10) - Holzfallerbrot (Woodcutters Bread) & Party brot.
