New Student Orientation 2019 will take place from Monday, 2nd September 2019 – Friday, 6th September 2019.

Mature Student Orientation - Monday, 26th August 2019
HEAR/DARE Orientation - Wednesday 4th September 2019

Orientation includes the issuing of Student Cards, Academic introduction meetings, Campus tours, IT induction and an introduction to support services available on-campus. Students will also participate in a HEA Surveyi. Our friendly Student Leaders will greet you when you arrive, take you to where you need to be and show you around.

The Student Orientation Programme is compulsory for all new students to the Institute.

If a student for some reason is unable to attend their scheduled orientation programme, they should contact the Admission Office by phone 066 7145638 or by emailing admissions@ittralee.ie

The Institutes Student Orientation programme is centered on student community and success at the Institute. You will bond with your classmates through a variety of Orientation events while becoming familiar with the campus and resources available to you. Your Department Induction will introduce you to your lecturers and provide information about your course schedule and all the academic opportunities IT Tralee has to offer. You will meet support services available to help, support and assist you through student life and also receive demonstrations on how our IT Systems work for emailing, getting notes and keeping in touch with your academic profile and progress through the stages.

PLEASE NOTE: Registration and orientation will take place on our North Campus for all new students.  Academic/Department Inductions will take place in the Campus where your program is based during the academic year.
