The Steps to-Success programme was piloted over academic year 2010/11 and focused on sixteen final year students who completed their BA in Information System Management.

The initative was opened up to the Creative Media and  Hotel, Catering and Tourism Departments in 2011/12. The 2013/14 programme was opened by Brian Purcell of 'The Apprentice' fame and has developed to include modules on Digital Portfolios and working as a free-lancer.
