The Steps 2 Success programme is a Level 8 accredited module comprising of guest speakers and tasks. Past guest speakers included Paul Ruane (Mid-point), Sean Ryan (Aspen Grove), Shane Walsh (JRI America) and John Herlihy (Radio Kerry). In addition sessions on Personality Profiling,  LinkedIn,  Professional Practice and Creating a Personal Brand are delivered.

Students are required to complete tasks as an integral element of the programme, including:

• Individual Information Interview (with Industry Professional)
• Produce and Present Group Sectoral Analysis Report
• On-line profile 70% complete
• Blog / You tube video
• Presentation of online profile to panel
• Produce a skills gaps analysis and develop careers strategy
• Role Play / Debate in Assessment Centre Environment
• Group Interview in Simulated Environment
• Secure a Mentor
• Organise one Networking Event
• Pitch yourself to an Employer
