What is Hotel and Resort Management
This course will equip you with the knowledge, skills and competence to work in a management position of a hotel or resort. You will harness a strategic outlook of the industry with a strong focus on managing people. The course is delivered through a combination of lectures, practicals, workshops, seminars and presentations from industry representatives. A number of industry visits and field trips are also organised as part of the programme. Students are assessed through a combination of projectwork, individual assignments, presentations and end of year examinations. Graduates will be able to solve critical problems and demonstrate authority and innovation in the development of new ideas at the forefront of the international hospitality industry.
