How is the course delivered?
Students attend classes which are both theory and practice based respectively these are delivered in semesterised mode. Work based learning is also an integral component of this programme and students may undertake this in Ireland or indeed internationally.
What facilities are available?
Practical training is provided in the hotel front office lab training facility in our dedicated Hotel, Catering and Tourism Department.

The structure of the programme reflects the modern, focussed nature and operating environment of the hotel sector and the role of the front office manager in meeting the needs of a diverse client group within this context.
