The Human Resources Office has a critical strategic role within the Institute due to the staff intensive nature of the business in which ITT operates; also this environment is ever changing and continually developing. The academic programmes of the Institute embrace new ideas and technologies. Existing courses are transformed regularly as constant change is at the core of the Institute's activities.
