Tralee Credit Union Continues To Support Academic Studies At IT, Tralee Fintan Ryan, David Hennebery, Scholarship Recipient & Valerie Moore

David Hennebery has been honoured as the recipient of the 2009 Tralee Credit Union  Ltd. Access Scholarship 2009.   The award acknowledges the challenges which students face while accessing and pursuing their course of study. David was selected as the first recipient of the Tralee Credit Union Access Scholarship Ltd.

Commenting at the presentation, Mr. Tim Daly, Academic Affairs and Student Services Manager said â¿¿IT, Tralee and its Student Services Team acknowledge the great support from Tralee Credit Union in establishing this Access Scholarship.   This endorsement of the value of the access programme within the Institute gives encouragement and recognition to the commitment of students.⿝

The award comes at an opportune time, amidst uncertainty and financial strain throughout the community. David is a very worthy student and we wish him well in his studies⿝.

David is from Caherslee, Tralee. He has just completed his second year of the Higher Certificate in Information Technology Support. David plans to continue his studies with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Support in September 2009.
