On Wednesday 17th October the Hotel, Culinary and Tourism Department at the Institute of Technology, Tralee will host the inaugural Food 4 Thought event. This one day programme of activities will be a celebration of all that is good about food within the region and will highlight the culinary and beverage expertise available. The event will be open to the public, professional chefs and food producers and has been organised in partnership with the Irish Academy of Hospitality and Tourism (IAHT), a dedicated facility established by the ITT for the co-ordination of applied research and a forum for educators in the hospitality and tourism sectors.
