‘A Taste of Kerry’ Gala Dinner Event

The Institute of Technology , Tralee is celebrating its 30 th Birthday this year. To help mark this momentous occasion the Institute has organised a Gala Dinner Event, 30 years in the making! The ‘A Taste of Kerry’ Gala Dinner which aims to raise much needed funds for four local charities, will take place on Thursday 24 th April from 6:30pm in the North Campus HCT restaurant.

Seven past graduate chefs will return to the college to each create signature dishes in this once off culinary extravaganza. The chefs are pillars of cuisine excellence in Kerry and will create gastronomic bliss using the finest of local Kerry produce.

This special event is limited to just 100 persons, who will have the opportunity to tantalize their palates. Tickets cost €100 per person, including pre-dinner drinks reception, with corporate tables of up to 10 persons available. All proceeds go to four charitable organisations namely;

• Kerry Women’s Refuge & Support Services
• Kerry Hospice Foundation
• Iveragh Community Defibrillator Programme
• Viatores Christi Volunteer Missionary Programme
• Specifically: Kerry woman Angela Keane’s mission to Huamanga , Peru
