Third Level Programmes The Institute of Technology, Tralee currently deliver a Certificate in Entrepreneurship Studies in Killarney. This certificate aims to provide programme participants with the skills required for the set-up and development of their own business. Located in Park Court, Beech Road, the Killarney Regional Learning Centre (KRLC) is a higher education access, support and educational guidance centre, established by the Shannon Consortium partners - the Institute of Technology, Tralee, the University of Limerick, Limerick Institute of Technology and Mary Immaculate College. The Institute of Technology, Tralee is the lead partner for the Killarney Centre. The centre is funded under the HEA administered Strategic Innovation Fund.
