Joining a Club
The Institute sports programme is launched on Sports Day in the early days of first term. All students are encouraged to sign up for the sport/club of their choice on this day. However it is also possible to get involved at anytime throughout the year. Sports facilities locally are excellent. If you are not involved in competitive sports, you are encouraged to participate in recreational sports where, again, the choice is extensive. Involvement in sports provides many opportunities to meet new friends, develop new skills, travel and generally, contributes greatly to your academic and personal development.
