Students with Disabilities or significant Health Conditions
If you have a disability or specific health condition, which you would like to bring to the attention of the Institute, this can be indicated on your CAO application form. If you are a student with a physical or sensory disability or a mental health or significant health condition then you may also wish to contact the Access Officer to discuss appropriate facilities and services at the Institute. Students with dyslexia, dyspraxia (DCD), dyscalculia, dysgraphia, ADD/ADHD, ASD/Asperger’s syndrome, borderline mild general learning difficulties, acquired brain injury, non-verbal learning difficulty, specific language disorder or any other recognised learning difference may wish to contact the Officer for Students with Learning Difference. It is recommended that you contact the relevant support officer at the earliest possible opportunity, even prior to your CAO application. The Institute is committed to supporting your progress through your studies and is continually working to enhance the facilities and services available.
