4. Ceilì Corràn Tuathail: Arranged a sponsored Charity Polka Dance at the top of Carrantuothill in aid of ITT's continuing efforts to raise funds for the Oil Press Project in Nakura, Kenya. This has raised, to date, circa €18,000.00. Read More on Carrantuothill Polka Set.......

The Charities Committee raised over € 7500 for local and Third World projects. I am indebted to the Committee members for the great commitment and enthusiasm that they bring to this good work.

As with all charities  these particular fundraising events were  ⿬3000 down on last year, primarily due to the great response given to the Tsunami Appeal both within and outside the Institute.
