To make it easier to apply for these places, potential students will apply online through Bluebrick.ie a single web portal for all Springboard related activities. A drop in facility is available where staff from the Lifelong Learning Department, IT, Tralee are available to answer queries on a one-to-one basis from 1 noon to 1.00pm Monday - Friday in June, July and August. No appointment necessary.

Institute Rights and Responsibilities
All students are required to make themselves aware of the Institutes rights and responsibilities which are contained in the Student Handbook
Conditions
The Institute reserves the right to cancel or revise any course in the event of insufficient enrolments. The Institute also reserves the right to change the times and dates of delivery of the programmes offered. In the case of a course being cancelled, students will be notified and all fees will be refunded automatically.
- The Institute will not accept responsibility for damage or loss to studentâs property while on the premises;
- Students may only attend classes for which they are enrolled and have paid fees in full;
- Transfers are not permitted between courses once registration has taken place.
In the event of a lecture being cancelled at short notice, the Institutewill endeavour to informstudents of the cancellation in advance wherever possible. At registration students are required to provide a contact number which can be used in the event that a class is cancelled.
