Tuition Fee Refund Policy

Tuition fees paid to IT Tralee will be refunded in full if the student does not obtain an Irish study visa.

Students who withdraw from their programme after registration will not be entitled to a full refund. A partial refund of 50% of tuition fees paid will be considered if the student withdraws up to 2 weeks after the programme commences in September. No refund will be considered once two weeks have elapsed after the programme has commenced.  Students who avail of late registration after the programme commences will not be eligible for additional time.

Any refund to a student who has registered in IT Tralee will only be considered once IT Tralee has received confirmation from the visa issuing authorities that the withdrawing student's study visa has been surrendered.

Tuition fee refunds (partial or full) will also be considered on a case by case basis where a verifiable medical issue has arisen which prevents the student from continuing on their programme of studies.
