Meeting Rooms

There are three meeting rooms that can be booked by students at the library desk.

U218 Meeting Room 1  Library Information and Resource Centre

Bookable only by students at the library desk, this meeting room contains 6 seats, 1 table, a student networked PC and a noticeboard.

U215 Meeting Room 2 Library Information and Resource Centre

Bookable only by students at the library desk, this meeting room has 8 seats, 1 table, whiteboard and student networked PC with Wide screen TV for presentations.

B114 Meeting Room South Campus Library

Bookable only by students at the library desk, this SC Library meeting room has 4 seats, 1 table and student networked PC.

Conditions for Booking a Room

Please note:

• Meeting rooms can only be booked by students.
• Rooms can only be booked online for a maximum of two hours at a time.
• No block bookings (i.e. consecutive 2 hour slots) accepted.
• Only two bookings per patron can be made at any one time. 
• If a room is not occupied in the first 15 minutes of the booking period, the booking may be cancelled.
• Students from the same group may not book consecutive slots.
