  This module is designed to develop, at a post-graduate level, interpersonal communication, critical evaluative skills and problem-solving abilities, based on ethical principles using a practice-based approach. The professional as a moral agent in leading healthcare practice is an integral component throughout.

Major essay (3,000 words) on a topic agreed by tutors and learner.
The work should relate ethical concepts to the student's practice area, and programme pathway, and demonstrate an awareness of ethical leadership, personal moral responsibility and the interprofessional context.

Repeat Assessment Strategy
The student will be required to submit or resubmit a work-based ethics project as specified by the internal examiner.
