Module Description/Aims:

  This module will explore the features and conduct of business and organisation research, covering key issues including:
¿ criteria for good research
¿ approaches to research
¿ methods of data collection
¿ critically reviewing literature
¿ analysis and interpretation
¿ writing up
The intention of the module is to help students develop an advanced critical awareness of the range of qualitative and quantitative research methods appropriate to business environments and to develop skills to undertake a realistic, practically based and robustly-designed Masters level business/organisation research project.
