STEAMing Ahead is a 5-day experiential learning camp suitable for beginners interested in exploring the world of coding, robotics and animation.

Based at IT Tralee, STEAMing Ahead creates a fun based learning environment, allowing all participants between the ages of 10 years and 16 years of age to explore coding and areas of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics (STEAM). Participants will be introduced to coding using graphical programming tools, similar to Scratch. They will work as individuals and in teams to develop applications focused on tasks that include, manipulating robots and drones around obstacle courses, developing games and creating animations.

STEAMing Ahead CAMP DETAILS:

AGE: 10 years - 16 years

Week 1: July 8th - July 12th (bus provided from Dingle & Listowel)

Week 2: July 15th - July 19th (bus provided from Killarney)

All camps are fully supervised by Garda Vetted personnel.
