The Certificate in Mentoring and Education will introduce participants to the role of a peer mentor (*) and how to be an effective role model, mentor and support person for students, parents and individuals within the Community at large.
(*) Peer mentoring is a relationship between people in which one person has more experience than the other in a particular domain and can provide support as well as knowledge and skills transfer.
