The Department of Health and Leisure Studies in MTU Kerry Campus is hosting a webinar on Monday 16th May at 7.00 pm to inform prospective students about course offerings provided by the department with a particular emphasis on new course developments, including the introduction from this September of Physical Education Studies with Business as a degree award option. This stream will meet the Teaching Council requirements for both PE and Business teaching at second level. Graduates from this stream will be eligible to apply for a professional master of education (PME) in either PE or Business.
The webinar will also explore the range of course offerings available in MTU Kerry Campus with a particular focus on careers in the Health, Sports and Fitness sector.
