The GoalMine Summer Camp 2022 will provide a one-week fun living-lab experience for young people aged 8-12.

The GoalMine Summer Camp 2022 will provide a one-week fun living-lab experience for young people aged 8-12 using a design driven innovation process. GoalMine will stimulate and ignite the innate problem solving, critical thinking, and innovative mindset of the participants through applied entrepreneurial and creative learning. This will be done through fun games and activities both indoors and outdoors to foster that innovation mindset.

Students will learn about the UN Sustainable Development Goals 2030 which apply to all countries – including Ireland. The Sustainable Development Goals have the potential to change everything – how we live and work, with who we work, our views of the world, our vision, and values for the planet – today and into the future. They act as a guide and signpost for how we must think and how we must design.

GoalMine costs €50 per child which is payable on the first morning of the camp. Discounts for siblings. Grants are available for those who are in receipt of social welfare payments to cover the cost of participation.
