You will be given the opportunity to experience each of the two specialist areas before making your choice. These specialist areas are Software Development and Games Development. Work placement is an integral part of the computer course and a full semester, or equivalent is spent on work placement in third year, ensuring a smooth transition to the workplace when you graduate.
